The Schools & Academies Show Birmingham will return to the NEC, Birmingham this November, uniting school leaders across the country and providing them with leading content, sector updates and practical resources to take back to their organisation.
Attendees will gain access to 30+ hours of CPD accredited content, spanning across 10 dedicated theatres, including the co-located EdTech Summit. As a staple in the education calendar for over 12 years, this is a fantastic opportunity to connect with headteachers, school governors, MAT CEOs and other key education decision makers.

New additions
As we return to Birmingham, we also have some exciting new additions to the show floor. Following the publication of the Schools White Paper in March 2022, with a target of full academisation by 2030, we’ve put together the ‘2030 Trail’. Sessions on the trail will have a specific focus on the key aspects of the 2030 agenda for all key stakeholders and will include must-attend sessions for anyone involved in the school’s conversion process.
Alongside this, the Schools & Academies Show Birmingham will be host to our first ever Educator’s Networking Hour, where attendees will be able to share their experiences, develop partnerships and raise the knowledge base of the sector. And that’s not all, attendees will have access to additional networking features across the show floor – this includes the Government Education Village, which will provide a unique opportunity to meet with senior representatives from the Department for Education.
We are also thrilled to bring back the highly interactive ConnectEd Lounge to the show floor, hosting 1-2-1 meetings and the CPL Village, featuring a range of leading education suppliers who will offer practical advice and techniques to help schools save money.
