What services does Thrive supply?
The Thrive Approach is a leading provider of training and tools designed to promote wellbeing and help prevent mental health issues in children and young people. The Thrive Approach consists of Thrive-Online, a web-based assessment and monitoring tool, and training.

How do you support mental wellbeing?
Thrive training focuses on the emotional needs of different age groups. Courses are run with content tailored for early years (0-5 year-olds), childhood (5-11 year-olds) and adolescence (11-18 year-olds).

Thrive-Online enables staff to identify the needs of whole classes, groups and individuals and suggests practical activities and strategies to help. These can easily be incorporated in the curriculum without increasing your workload.

What impact does Thrive have?
Schools using the Approach have reported fewer class disruptions, reduced exclusions, reduced spending on interventions and improved attainment. Ofsted inspectors have commented on Thrive’s effectiveness in helping to manage behaviour, especially when used for early intervention.

How can this be funded?
Annual subscription to Thrive starts at £2,450, depending on the size of school. Thrive is eligible for Covid-19 catch-up and accelerated learning funding, and all training is delivered virtually in interactive online sessions.
